Ghassan Aridi acquired the rights to create Paramount Hotels & Resorts from Paramount Licensing Inc., the licensing division of Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles and part of Viacom Inc. in March 2012, and the company officially launched in April 2012. Aridi is the CEO of Alpha LLC, a leading Dubai-based destination management company which he co-founded in 1995. He is also the Chairman of GAA Marta Consulting, a tourism and hospitality development consultancy that advises governments, destinations and resorts around the world. Born in Lebanon and having studied in Spain, Aridi has 30 years of experience in tourism and the tourism development industry.

Thomas van Vliet manages the brand DNA creation, development and pre- and post-opening activities of the company with the aim to create up to 50 hotels, resorts and serviced residences worldwide, under the Paramount Hotels & Resorts brand. van Vliet has held leadership positions in leading international hospitality companies for over 30 years and possesses extensive expertise in development and operations of hotels, resorts and serviced residences, acquired throughout his career with postings in Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific. Prior to leaving Accor SA after 20 years, van Vliet occupied the position of Senior Vice President Asia Pacific, and more recently he was Senior Vice President Swiss-belhotel International, in charge of development and operations in the Middle East.
Alessandro Redaelli

Alessandro Redaelli, with more than 25 years experience in the hospitality industry in Europe, Russia and the Middle East, looks after the worldwide hotel operations of the group. Prior to joining Paramount Hotels & Resorts, Redaelli served as the General Manager for both the Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeriah and Kempinski Emerald Palace The Palm Dubai. A dynamic and innovative hospitality veteran, previously Redaelli simultaneously spearheaded the opening of the Kempinski Moscow as well as the rebranding and relaunch of Kempinski Gelendzhik located in the south of Russia, successfully positioning both hotels amongst the top luxury properties in their respective markets and garnering numerous accolades for each. He has also served as Managing Director of the luxury Boscolo Hotels Group in Italy and as General Manager of the iconic Hotel de la Paix in Geneva.

The opening date of this hotel & serviced residences project is scheduled for Q3, 2019. Upon completion, it will feature 823 guest rooms & 1,140 serviced residences, 12 restaurants & bars, work/ play suites, wellness & fitness centers, swimming pools and screening room.
Damac Villas by Paramount Hotels & Resorts Dubai is a 163 key luxury serviced villa project, adjacent to the Trump International Golf Course and part of the Damac Hills gated community. The community is located near Dubai Studio City as well as major express ways providing easy access to all major Dubai districts as well as the two Dubai international airports. The project includes a private beach club with swimming pools, a bar/lounge, a fitness area, a kids studio club and an outdoor cinema. The villas are scheduled to be completed by Q4 2017

Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences is a mixed-use luxury accommodation tower comprising of a hotel with 521 rooms & suites and 270 serviced residences that will offer guests a unique, pure, elevated, glamorous and California inspired experience. The 64-story project is located close to Sheikh Zayed Road in Downtown Dubai and features a sky lobby with a lobby lounge & a signature merchandise store, two speciality restaurants, a speakeasy bar/lounge, a private screening room for screenings of Paramount Pictures movies as well as for private functions, a state of the art wellness & fitness center, signature work/play suites, a kids studio club, a hair & beauty salon, and a rooftop infinity swimming pool with a Hollywood inspired pool terrace and bar/lounge. Construction work on this project is underway, with completion scheduled for Q2 2020..

Paramount Residences Doha The Pearl is a 196 key luxuriously and elegantly appointed residences project, located on the waterfront on The Pearl, one of Doha’s most sought after residential locations. Accommodation consists of 1-,2- and 3-bedroom residences, including four with duplex configuration. Paramount Hotels & Resorts signature elements include a Sunset Boulevard inspired pool deck with cabanas, work/play suites, a lounge style screening room which can also be use d for private functions, a deli/grocery, a bespoke wellness & fitness center as well as a kids studio club. Guests will experience the Hollywood connection through the presence of photographic and transformational art prominently displayed in public and guest areas. The residences are scheduled to be completed by Q4 2018.

For many years, the film world lagged stills photography in terms of the sheer resolution available when shooting moving images. Thankfully, technology has now caught up, to the extent that a single frame from a piece of digital film is of sufficient quality to be printed on a 40 foot billboard. 25 frames per second, 25 possible images – that’s an incredible opportunity. Drawing on Paramount’s rich heritage in motion picture, we directed a hybrid motion/stills shoot where narrative scenes were shot, as if they belonged in a piece of drama, to produce both a film and a portfolio of stunning still images. The process was intensely collaborative and challenged us to marry two very different approaches to the process of image capture. The results, though, speak for themselves.
